The Petitioner, THOMAS J. AHEARN, alleges: -
1. The Petitioner is the Domiciliary Personal Representative
of the above referenced estate. Petitioner's residence and mail-
ing address is 86 Riverview Avenue, (Short~ Beach), Branford,
Connecticut. The name and address of Petitioner's attorneys are
~ as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent,-MARY E. CAHILL, whose last known address was
~New Haven, Connecticut, died on May 18, 1979, at New Haven,
Connecticut.
3. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent died owning property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. The total extent of the decedent's assets located in the
State of Florida is less than $25,000.00.
5. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be pending
- in the State of Connecticut. Letters have been issued by the
Probate Court for the District of New Haven, in New Haven,
Connecticut, to THOMAS J. AHEARN.
6. Authenticated copies of the decedent's Last Will, Petition
for Probate, Order of Probate and Letters of Administration accom-
pany this Petition.
7. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent are:
