I hereby authorize and direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, ~
shall pay all legacy. succession, inheritance, transfer and estate taxes which
may become payable by reason of my death, whether or not levied on property
or estate passing by this my Last Will and Testament and that such payments
be made by my Executor out of my residuary estate in the same manner as an
expense of administration and shall not be prorated or apportiqned among, or
charged against, the respective de~~isees, legatees, beneficiaries, transferees,
or other recipierits, nor charged against any property passing or which may '

have passed to any of them and that my Executor shall not be erititled to f
reimbursement for any portion of any such tax from any such person.

Any automobile of which I may die possessed I bequeath to my grandson
KEVIN CAHILL of Monroe, Connecticut.

Fifty percent (50°jo) of any personal property not otherwise disposed
of which I may own at the time of my death I bequeath to my sister CATHERINE
AHEARN of Short Beach (Branford), Connecticut, provided she is living at the
