ORDER
On the Petition of THOMAS J. AHEARN to place on record
IN RE: ESTATE OF MARY E. CAHILL,
deceased
the domiciliary proceedings and the Court finding that the
Petition has attached to it authenticated copies of so much
of the domiciliary proceedings which show the Will, Petition
for Probate, Order of Probate and Letters of Administration
from the Probate Court for the District of New Haven, Connecticut,
the Court finding that the decedent died on May 18, 1979, that
the Will complies with Florida law and that the total extent of
the decedent's assets located in the State of Florida is less
than Twenty Five Thousand Dollars (~25,000), it is
ADJUDGED that the Will of MARY E. CANILL, deceased, an
authenticated copy which is attached to the Petition, is admitted
to probate, and it is
FURTHER ADJUDGED that THOMAS J. AHEARN, domiciliary Personal'
Representative, shall cause notice to be published according
to the requirements of Florida Statutes, Section 733.701, noti-
fying all persons having claims or demands against the estate to
file them.
