called "~iortgagor," by the following described docurncnts grr~nted and conveyed

par•ieularly described to secure the pay~inent of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:

dated June 2, 1980, and cecorded in Officit~l Records Book 332 at Page 1738 oE the
Public Records 'of St. Lucie County, Flocida, wherein ~1U1'CHiNSON ISLAND
LI~iITED, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said !~lortgage, and increased
the i~~debtedness to the principril sum of Thirteen Million Dollars (~13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official
Record 13ook 299, at Page 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 299, at Page 1U08, all of said documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in addition, a UCC-1 Finaneing
Statement Cled with the Secretacy of State, State of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said ~lortgage has requested the said lrfortgagee to
release the premises and other property hcreinafter described, being a purt of said
~lortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said Mortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE~ that the said !~riortgagee, in considera-
tion of tl:e premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (510.0~? und other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, tne receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
of suid tilortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns that certain ~ortion of the premises conveyed by said
1!ortgage, and other liens refecred to abovc more p~rticularly described as follows:

discharged of s~nd from the lien of said ~Zortgage end every part thereof; pcovided
always, nevertheless that nothing herein containe~ sh~(1 in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesnid ~iortgt~ge c~nd_other liens
referred to above on the remaining property o[ said mortgr~ged premises, not
hereby celeused therefrom, or any of the rigbts and remedies of tne holder tl~ereof.
