Plaintiff shall deposit the additional sum of ONE THOUSAND
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000) into the Reqistry of the Court;
and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendants, Richard T. and Audrey B. Reist, his wife,
the aforesaid sum of NINE THOUSAND FIVF HUNDRED AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($9,500) less any sums heretofore paid to the above-
named De~endants from the monies deposited in this cause by
the Plaintiff; and it is further
ORDERED that.title to the following described property
to-wit:
