, to me well known, who being by me first
duly sworn, deposes and says as follows:
1. That I am the surviving spouse of .lames 8. Renner
2. That my said spouse and I, as an estate by_the entirety, here-
tofore acquired title to the following St.Lucie -
County, Florida, property, to-wit:
Apartment No. E-II (101) of the Colonnades Condominium No. 3 according to the
Declaration of Condoninium recorded in Official Records Book 193, page 2596
of the Public Recprds o£ St. Lufie County, Florida, together with all
appurtenances thereof together with an undivided interest in the common
elements aad a 4.15 percent pro-rata share in common elements thereof.
3. That my said.spouse and I were lawfully married to each other prior
to the acquisition of title as aforesaid, that we remained married
to each other, without an intervening divorce, up to the time of
the demise of my said spouse.
4. That my said spouse became deceased on the. 25th day of December
