THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing this 12th day of
January, 1981, on the Wife's Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment, pursuant to
~ Florida Rules of Civil Procedur.e 1.540(b)(3j, and both parties having been
repv~esented by counsel, and the Court having heard testimony, and otherwise
being fully advised, it is upon consideration
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife's Motion to Set.Aside Final Judgment for
Fraud is hereby denied with -the exception that Paragraph 7 of the Separation
Agreement filed herein is modified as follows:
515265 a) That the Wife is awarded primary custody
of-the two children of the marriage with
the Husband having secondary custody.

support in the sum of ~150.00 per month,
per child, commencing on the lst day of
February, 1981. Said sum is to be paid
to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Wife. In the
event the Father has either child, or
both children, for a period of more then
two weeks, then the child support for each
~ child shall be reduced one-half for such time
the child, or children, are living with the
Father.
