FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the ~(~ day of
~ , 19 81, and the Husband having appeared with

;c~ounse~ and a default having been entered against the Wife, for

failing to file or serve ~n answer or other pleading. And ~he -
Court having given ~11 consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
sub~ect matter of this s~ait; that the relations of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; the equities are with the Husband
and against the Wife and the Husband is entitled to dissolution of
marriage. It is thereupon .
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband,
REV. ELVIN JOE PARKER, and the Wife, EUGENIA STONE PARKER, be and
the same is hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPFRTY. There is no real or personal property to be
divided between the Husband and Wife.
3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. That the Wife's maiden name
be restored to: EUGENIA STONE.
DONE and ORDF~RED in Chambers in St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce,
