4. The Husband, DONALD L. BUftLEY, and the three older
minor children above named shall have the exclusive use and pos-
session of the marital home located at 105 Serenata Court, Por:
St. Lucie, Florida. The Wife, MARGARET J. BURLEY, and the youngest
minor child above named, shall vacate the marital home on or before
February 1, 1981.
5. Commencing February 1, 1981 the Husband, DONALD L.
BURLEY, shall pay to the Wife, MARGARET J. BURLEY, the sum of $250
each month, for a period of five full years, as a property settle-
ment for the Wife's interest in the marital home. Upon the payment
by the Husband to the Wife of the total amount of $15,000.00, either
in monthly payments as above set out or a lump sum, the Wife by
appropriate instrument shall convey to the Husband all of her right,
title and interest in and to the marital home, now in he joint~names
of the parties hereto.
6. The Wife, MARGARET J. BURLEY, shall have the right to
remove from the marital home the following items of furniture,
furnishings and appliances:
Stereo
Couch
Chair
Two Lamps
Furniture in bedroom
7. Each of the four minor children hereinabove named shall,
at all times, have the right to select the parent with whom said
child desires to reside.
8. Divided custody of the four mindr ehildren as above
set out shall be in full force and effect only so long as both of
the parties hereto remain within the jurisdiction of this Court. The
residence of any of the four minor children shall not be moved
without the jurisdiction of this Court except by order of Court.
9. Each of the parties hereto is restrained from molesting,
harassing, annoying or using physical violence on the other.
