This natter having come on before this Court by Kay of
~ application of the attorneys for the debtors herein, praying for
an order approving the -terms and conditions of a I-iortgage Modif-
ication Agreement by and betveen the debtors herein and Southeast
First National Bank of Fort Pierce, foraerly knoWn as First
National Bank of Fort Pierce, and the Court having read the
application and examined the l~rtgage Modification Agreemcnt, and
' it appearing that said agreement is for the benefit of the debtor~
and its creditors, and good cause appearing for the ~aking of thi:
