~ The applicaLion of Myron S. Lehman respect~ully represent:
1. That Southeast First National Bank of Fort Pieirce,

formerly known as First National Bank of Fort Pierce, heretofore
referred to as the •'Bank", is the holder of a mortgage given by
some of the debtors herein covering real estate referred to as
~
the "Point'• property and vacant land adjacent to the Shopping
Plaza.
2. That said mortgage was given as security for a debt
in the original principal amount of ;436,718.29, dated June 30,
1978, during the Chapter X~ proceeding. .
3. That said mortgage covers the Point property and vac
land adjacent to the Shopping Plaza, all in St. Lucie County,
.
Florida.
4. That the Bank and the debtors herein have negotiated
a remodification of the payment schedule on said mortgage and

have agreed tha t the total~outstanding principal under said note
and fnortgage will be in the amount of #365,317.04. Further, tha
