the payments under said note and mortgage shall be payable in
monthly payments of $2S00.00 each, beginning February l, 1981,
and payable on the first day of each month, through June 1, 1983r
when the remaining balance on both principal and in'terest shall
become due and full}• paid on June 30, 1983. That fro~u January il
1981, the interest rate shall be eight (8~) per cent per annum.
S. Said agreement was signed subject to approval of this
Court and a=copy is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE, your applicant prays for an order approving
the annexed agreement. ~ ~ . -
