THIS CAUSE came on for non-jury trial and the court,
havinq considered the testimony and exhibits entered into evi-
dence by the parties, as well as the memoranda of law submitted
by counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, finds and
determines the defendant to be indebted to the plaintiff for
damages in the sum of $1,000.00. Further, the Court determines
that an award of attorney•s fees to either party would be inap-
propriate and it is
CONSIDERED, ORDERED , AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,
JOHN SMITH, do have and recover from Defendant, EAST COAST
ALUMINUM PRODUCTS, INC., the sum of $1,000.00 as damages, together
with the costs herein expended and taxed at $79.00, for all of
