5. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which
shall interfe~e with or adversely affect operation or maintenance of
the St. Lucie County Airport.
6. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors and
assigns, that-if a concrete block building containing at least 1,000
square feet is not completed and occupied by it within one (1) year
from this date, it will reconvey said property.to the Grantor upon
the Grantor refunding the purchase price.
