NOTICE OF LIEN
FOR SPECIAL ASSFSSMENTS FOR IACAL IMPROVEMENTS IN
SOUTH lOTH STREET SANITARY SEWER PROJECT, CITY OF
FORT PIERCE,-FLORIDA.
TO THE PUBLIC AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

WHEREAS, the City Carm-ission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, by Resolutior
No. 80-52, adopted October 20, 1980, did grant and give Z~irty (30) days fraa date
thereof within which all assessments, as corrected, levied against the properties
in SOUTH lOTH STREET SANITARY SEWER PROJDCT could be paid in full without interest
at any time within said Z'hirty (30) day period, which assessments, if not paid, are
payable in ten (10) equai annual instalLnents, bearing interest at the rate of six
per cent (696) per annum on the unpaid balances thereof; and
WHEREAS, said assessments have been recorded in the Improvement Lien Book..
NOW, THEREFORE,-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO1rfMISSION OF TAE CZTY OF FORT PIER~(
FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Director of Finance be, and they are hereby directe
to record in the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, by recording througl
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, all said
assessment liens now outstanding and unpaid, as per schedule thereof annexed hereto,
incorporated herewith as fully set forth herein and thereby made a part hereof, whi<
said special assessment liens are co-equal with liens of other taxes, superior in
dignity to all other liens, titles and claims, until paid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective iamnediately
upon its adoption. .
