NOTICE OF LIEN
FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS IN
TROPICAL BEACH, BLOCKS 3 AND 4 SANITARY SEWER
PROJECT, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA.
TO THE PUBLIC AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: '

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, by Resolution
No. 80-51, adopted October 20, 1980, did grant and give Thirty (30.) days from date
thereof within which all assessments, as corrected, levied against the properties
in TROPICAL BEACH, BLOCKS 3 AND 4 SANITARY SEWER PROJECT could be paid in full
without interest at any~time within said Thirty (30) day period, which assessments,
if not paid, are payable in ten (10) equal annual installments, bearing interest
at the rate of six per cent•(696) per annum on the unpaid balances thereof; and
wI~REAS, said assessments have been recorded in the Improvement Lien Book.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERC:
~LORIDA, that the City Clerk and Director of Finance be, and they are hereby directe~
to record in the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, by recording through
the Office of the Clerk of,'the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, a21 said -
assessment liens now outstanding and unpaid, as per schedule thereof annexed hereto,
incorporated herewith as fully set forth herein and thereby made a part hereof,
which said special assessment liens are co=equal with liens of other taxes, superio=
in dignity to all other liens, titles and claims, until paid. •
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
