Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
James M. Thomas and I,ois M. Thomas, who after being dulv
sworn, depose and say that:
~ 1. Southern Development and Associates, Inc. is an
active corporation for profit.
2. Records Lirom the Secretary of State Office,
Tallahassee, Florida, show James M. Thomas to be the~President
and Treasurer of Southern Development and Associates, Inc.
and Lois M. Thomas to be the Vice President and Secretary of
Southern Development and Associates, Inc.
3. On December 22, 1980, the~Corporation aforesaid
mortgaged a certain parcel of real property to which the
Corporation held title and which is described as follows:
Lot 2, Alock 9, Surfside Unit One,
according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Aook 10, pagel7,
Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
4. The above referenced mortgage is recorded in
Official Records Book 345, page 2111, Public P.ecords of
St. I.ucie County, Florida.
5. Due to an inadvertant scriveners error, the

corporate office of both James M. Thomas and Lois M. mhomas
was not shown.
6. Affiants hereby swear to their own personal
knowledge that James M. Thomas signed said mortgage in his
corporate capacity as President of said Corporation and that .
