the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants

Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
that certain indenture of mortgage dated January 12, 1977,
from Richard D. Bancroft and Raren Bancroft, his wife, to First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said
indenture of mortgage is recorded in Official Records Boo3c 262
at page 1910 of the public records of St. Lucie County, ~'lorida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
