Motion for Protective Order, Motion for Extension of Time,

Objections to Interrogatories and Objections to Request for '~
Admissions; the attorneys for the parties having appeared; arguments
having been heard; and the Court being otherwise sufficiently
advised; it is
ORDERED as follows:
(1) Numbers 1 and 2 of the Motion for Protective Order
are granted as to all matters except~all written contracts between
the owner and general contractor or between the general contractor
and subcontractors. Ruling will be reserved on any further matters a
,
under numbers 1 and 2. Number 4 is granted as to all corporate a
officers, ancl the only returns to be provided by the Defendant are ~
the returns of the corporation for the years 1977,~1978 and 19~9. --
(2~) The Motion for Extension of Time is hergby granted, and

the Defendant shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Order
to answer the Interrogatories.
(3) The rulings on the Defendant's Objection to Interroga- ~
tories are as follows: Objection number 1 is now moot. Objection ~
number 2 is granted and question number 26(C) shall be amended to
read, "Did you or one of your agents or one of your subcontractors .."
in place of "Do you admit .." Objection number 3 is granted, and
~ question number 28 is amended to read the same as question 26(C).
