Objection number 4 is granted. Objection number 5 is granted, and
question number 30 shall be amended to read, "If you became ..."
rather than "After you became ..." Objection number 6 is granted
and the second part of question number 33 is amended to read
". . was the area .." instead of.". . do you admit the area. .."
Objection number 7 is granted. Objection number 8 is granted;
the Plaintiff can ask whether or not the corporation has ever been
sued for trespass. Objection number 9 is sustained; the Court
will allow the Plaintiff to ask the Defendant a"yes" or "no"
question on this basis, and~if so, how many times. Objection number
10 is granted.
(4) The Defendant's objections to the Request for Admissions
number 5 is hereby granted in that it is a double question. The
Defendants shall answer the questions as amended.
