Objection number 8 is granted; the Plaintiff can ask whether or not the corporation has ever been sued for trespass. Objection number 9 is sustained; the Court will allow the Plaintiff to ask the Defendant a"yes" or "no" question on this basis, and~if so, how many times. Objection number 10 is granted.
