Pursuant to the verdict of the jury herein, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, BETTY J. MORSE,
recover from the Defendant, CARL B. SMITH, d/b/a ATLANTYC
FIBERGLASS POOLS, the sum of $5,640.00 as to Plaintiff's claim
plus costs in the amount of $370.60f and it is further _
ORDERED AND ADrTUDGED that the Defendant/Counterclaimant,
CARL B. SMITH, d/b/a ATLANTIC FIBERGLASS POOLS, shall recover
from the Plaintiff/Counterdefendant~, BBTTY J. MORSE, $50.00 as
compensatory damages and $300.00 as punitive damages and there-
fore execution shall issue in favor of the Plaintiff, BETTY J.
MORSE, against the Defendant, CARL B. SMITH, an individual.,
d/b/a ATLANTIC FIBERGLASS POOLS, in the amount of $5,660.60,
which represents the total amount due Plaintiff, BETTY J.
MORSE, inclusive of costs, less the set-off• for the claim of
the Defendant, CARL B. SIKITH, an individual, d/b/a ATLANTIC
FYBERGLASS POOLS.
