TOM GRANT, UNITED GROVE CARETAKERS,
INC., and COTTON STATES MUTUAL
INSURANCE COMPANY,
Defendants.
ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMENT
The parties hereto, by and through their attorneys,
having submitted a compromise and settlement stipulation ~
to this court for its approval, and the court being of
the opinion that the sum of $5,000.00 to the minor, through
her next friend, natural guardian and mother, is a fair,
full and adequate consideration for said minor as a result
of the accident resultirig in injuries involved herein,
and the Defendant denying liability therefor and that the
settlement is beneficial to the said minor, and the court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, ELLANOR SPEARS,
a minor, by and through her mother, natural guardian,
and next friend, do have and recover from the Defendants,
the sum of $5, 000. 00; it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said
sum in the aforesaid manner, KATHERINE SPEARS, as mother,
natural guardian and next friend of said minor shall give
a full and complete satisfaction and release of this judg-
ment to the Defendants; it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that KATHERINE SPEARS does have
and recover from the Defendants, the additional sum of
