this Court which would correct those misstatements of
fact. Upon consideration, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that an evidentiary hearing on
the necessity for~the taking af~Parcels 1D and lE shall be
held before this Court, after notice pursuant to Rule
1.090(d), to determine whether Florida Power & Light Company
is entitled to relief from the Order of Taking entered on
December 10, 1980, as to these two parcels on the ground
of mistake.
