ORDER TO INCREASE DEPOSIT
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 13th day of January,
1981, upon the Motion to Increase Amount Deposited in Registry
made by the Defendant/Landowner, and the attorney for the
Plaintiff having indicated that the statute does require his
client to post a deposit double the good faith estimate, and
the Order of Taking previously entered by this Court on
Decem~3er 10, 1980 calling for a deposit by Florida Power & Light
Company of $5,300.00 in the Registry of the Court which was the
sum equal to the good faith estimate of value and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA POWER
& LIGHT COMPANY, is hereby ordered to deposit in the Registry
of this Court, an additional sum of $5,300.00, or a total sum
of $10,600.00 which is double the sum the Court finds will
fully secure and fully compensate the persons entitled to
compensation as ultimately determined by the Final Judgment
to be entered herein; said sum to be deposited in the Registry
of the Court within twenty (20) days from the date of this
Order and upon making said deposit, the Plaintiff shall be
entitled to enter into possession of tlie parcels of property
described as Parcels lA, 1B and 1C, to tt-e extent of the
interest in said property sought to be taken by Plaintiff as
set out in the Petition in Eminent Domain Proceeding~and
described as follows:
