ment of the Property, have the right to colloct and retain such rcnts a: tbey become due and payabk.
Upo~ acceleration under paragmph 18 hereof or abandonment ot the Property. Lender sball be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct tbe ren~ of tlx
Property, includina those past due. All rents collectai by the roceiver shall be applied fint to payment of the coats of

only tor those rents actually received.

Mortgaae. may make Future Advanoea to Borrowe~. Such Future Advances. with interat theroon. shall be tecurod by this
Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory nota stating that said nota are secured hereby. At no time st~all the {l~incipal
