Lender the rents of the Property. provided that Borrower shall, prior to accekration under parag~aph 18 heroof or abandon-

Upon acoels~ation under pangnph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property. Lender shall be entitled to have a
rcceive~ appointed by a coutt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rcnts of the
P~openy, including those put due. All rents collected by the roceiver shall be applied first to payment of the costa of
~fianagemt~t of the Prope[ty and collection of reots, iacluding, but not limited to. roceivcr's fees. premiums on roceiver's
bonds and rcasonabk attorney's fees, and then to the sums socured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to account
only for those rents actually rxeived.
