Beqin on the south line of said Section 9 at a point which is~l3 feet east of the South
quarter corner of said Section 9, run thence West 13 feet to said South quarter corner,
thence West 39 feet, thence North 36.5 feet, thence Northerly along the center line of
said road 5302.85 feet, more or less, to the North quarter corner of said Section 9
(beinq also the South quarter corner of said Section 4), said corner beinq in the center
line of said road, continue Northerly alonq the center line of said road 5565.25 feet,
more or less, to a point 49 feet East of the Dlorth quarter corner of said Section 4, thence
East 52 feet, thence Southerly in a straiqht line 5565.25 feet, more or less, ~o a point
