PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION adopted by membcrs at annual meeting held
on January 8, 1980, THE VILLAS OF SANDPIPER BAY PROPERTY OWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC., does hereby remise, release and quit claim
unto GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, the following described
properties:
A parce~ of land, 10 feet in width, lying contiguous with the

2, Section 23, Township 37 South, Range k0 East as recorded
in Plat Book 17 page I4, in the City of Port St.Lucie, St.
Lucie County, Florida and being more particularly described
