Bamwer and Lendec hereby expcessly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and
heceby agree to be bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenanta numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19, 20, 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the cleck of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is lo~ated and
in which thia Mortgage is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions ai are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19~ 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and~ Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ 8orrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described maater form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty, Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. ~
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agiree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. . Upon request by Borrower~ Lender. at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not includinq sums advanced in accordarice herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US S NONE
