This note is payable in monthly equal installments as follows:
Beginning on February 27, 1981 the sun of ~250.00 and a like sum payable on the same day
in each month in each year thereafter until the entire principal sum of 56,604.00 together
with interest as herein provided has been paid in full.. •
In addition to the payments provided for above the entire principal sum re~naining unpaid,
together with accrued interest remaining unpaid shall be due arM payable on January 27, 1982
