reasonable i~spections of the property, provided that wraparound
mortgagee shall give mortgagor prior reasonable notice specify-
ing reasonable cause therefor related to wraparound mortgagee's
i~terest in the property. ~
18. In the event mortgagor enters into a contract to sell
the property, then wraparound mortgagee may treat such event as
a default under this mortgage and may declare the entire balance
due under the note_secured by this mortgage to be due and payable
upon the sale of the property. .
