AMENDED FZNAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court for the purpose
of amending Paragraph No. 13 of the Final Judgment previously
entered on Auqust 14, 1980, and James W. Bass, St. Lucie County
Property Appraiser, William Townsend, Esquire, Attorney for the
Florida Department of Revenue_having been given clue and proper
notice of the court's intention to con~ider amending said
Paragraph No. 13, and the court being otherwise full advised,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJODGED that Paragraph ~io.
13 of the Final Judgment previously entered by the court on
August 14, 1980 be amended and the Property Appraiser is hereby
granted until March 20, 1981 to submit the 1980 assessment rolls
to the Executive Director of the Department of Revenue for review.
