The petitioner, Gloria H. Rooks•, individually and
as personal representative of.the above estate alleges:
1, The decedent, Reginald D. Rooks, a resident o~
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on December 6; 1979, and
letters of administration were duly issued to petitioner
on February 29, 1980.
2. Petitioner in her individual capacity as surviving
spouse of the decedent and as sole beneficiary named in his
last will and testament is entitled to all of the assets
of the decedent's estate. In her individual capacity, she
hereby waives the filing of a final or other accounting by
herself-as personal representative; waives service of this
petition for discharge of personal representative and all
notice thereof and consents to the entry of an order discharging
her as personal representative without notice or waiting
period.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlement or other disposition of all
claims that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Int~rnal RevEnue Service and with the Department
of Revenue, State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with this court evidence of the satisfaction of the. estate's
obligations f~r both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if
any.
