5. Petitioner has made distribution to her~elf of
all of the assets of this estate, there beinq no other persons
or parties interested in these proceedinqs.
WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an order be entered
discharging her as•personal representative of the decedent's
estate and from all further liability in her fiduciary capacity.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have
read the foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the
best of my knowledge and belief.
