ORDER OF DISCHARGE -
This cause coming on to be heard on the petition for
order of discharge filed by the personal representative,
Gloria H. Rooks, who in her indiWidual capacity as surviving
spouse and sole beneficiary named in the decedent's will
is entitled to all estate assets, and the Court finding the
estate has been properly distributed to the said Gloria H..
Rooks, the claims of all creditors have been paid or otherwise
disposed of and that Gloria H. Rooks should properly be discharged
as personal representative, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Gloria H. Rooks is discharged
as personal representative and the estate of Reginald D. Rooks,
deceased, is declared to be fully administered and clOsed.
Done and Ordered this day of January, 1981.
