I name, nominate, constitute and appoint my nepliew, BERNARD
BAGLEY, Personal Representative of ~his my Last Will and Testament,
and direct that he shall serve without giving bond, hereby giving
and granting unto my said Personal Representative full power and
authority to sell and dispose of any property of which I may die
possessed, whether the same be real, personal or mixed and where-
soever the saine may be situate, and upon such price, terms and
conditions as he in his sole and unrestricted discretion may see
fit, and without order of Court.
ARTICLE SIX
In the event that my said nephew,- BERNARD~BAGLEY, cannot
serve as such Personal Representative for any reason whatsoever,
then I nominate and appoint my nephew, HARRY J. CAI~BELL, as
Alternate Personal Representative and he also to serv~ without
giving bond and to have the same powers as stated in Article Five
above.
I have signed this Will consisting of this and one other
typewritten page on the bottom of each of which I have signed my
name for greater security and better identification on this ,,Z ~
