1. I HEREBY REVOKE all Wills and testamentary disposi~ions.of every nature
; or kind whatsoever by me heretofore made.
2. I NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT ~y step-sons, HARALD SCHECKENBERGER

: and HENRY G. KORN, to be the joint Executors and Trustees of this my Will. I
: hereinafter refer to my joint Executors and Trustees for the time being as my

3. I GIVE, DEYISE AND BEQUEATH all my property of every nature and kind
and wheresoever situate,.including any praperty over which I may have a general
power of appointment, to my said Trustee upon the following trusts, namely:
(a) To use their discretion in the realization of my estate, with power to
; iny Trustee to sell, call in and convert into money any part of my estate•
not consisting of money at_such time or times, in such manner and upon
such terms, and either for cash or credit or for part cash and part
credit as my said Trustee may in their uncontrnlled~discretion decide
