(c~ To divide the residue of my e~tate egL~lly between my step-son,
HARALD SCHECKENHERG~R, and my step-son, HENRY G. KORN, or to pay
or transfer all the said-residue to the survivor if only one of them
shall survive me, provided that if either of my said step-sons
shall have predeceased me and any issue of such deceased step-son
shall be living at my death such issue shall take in equal shares
per stirpes the share of the said residue of my estate to which such
deceased step-son of mine would have been entitled if living at my
death. .
(d) I hereby confirm that it is my intention to exclude entirely from
this my Will the conferring of any benefit whatsoever of my son
FRANZ PATAT.
4. ~IF ANY PERSON should become entitled to any share in my estate before
attaining the age of twenty-one years, the share of such person shall be held
and kept invested by my Trustee and the income and capital or so much thereof
as my Trustee in their absolute discretion consider necessary or advisable shall
be used for the benefit of such person until he or she attains the age of ~
twenty-one years.
5. I AUTHORIZE my Trustee to make any payments for any person under
the age of twenty-one years to a paren~ or guardian of such person whose
