accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions,
terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of
ISLAND BEACH CLUB, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book
343 on pages 732 through 8U0, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. - ~
The failure of the mortgagors herein to comply with and abide by, and
to pay all the assessments required of said-mortgagor when due,
pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium of ISLAND BEACH CLUB, as
aforedescribed and on exhibit thereto, shall constitute an event of
default under this mortgage.
