LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot 26, Block L, MARAVILLA ESTATES, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book.8, Page 77
of the Publlc Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
AND
6eginning at a Po1nt 1048 feet Nesterly of the Southeast corner of Lot 41, Block L,
ofMARAVILLA ESTATES, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, Page 71 of the
Public Records of St. Luc1e County, Florida, as measured along the South boundary line
of said Block L, sald point being 431,8 feet Easterly of the Southwest torner of Lot
21 of said Block L as measured along said South boundary line; thence run Easterly
along said South line 8 feet to a point; thence run Northerly 145 feet to a point which
is 1040 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of lot 41 of said Block L as measured
along the Northern boundary li~e of said Lot 41 and extension thereof; thence run
Westerly 8 feet along the extension of said North boundary line as extended to a
point; thence run Southerly 145 feet to the point of beginning. A certain survey
prepared by A._G. NEATHERINGTON ~ ASSOCIATES, INC., dated January, 1974, shoMS the
measured distance between the SM corner of the aforesaid Lot 21 and the SE corner of the
aforesaid Lot 41 to be 1479.8 feet instead of 1471 as shown on the Plat of Maravilla
Estates as aforesaid. It 1s the purpose of this deed to dispose of 8 feet of the ~
additlonal 8.8 feet and in the event of discrepancies concerning the distanc~ stated
herein, the distances as measured from the SW corner of said Lot 21 shall control.

of the Pub11c Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. First payment due February 25,
1981 and monthly thereafter until said principal and interest due thereon is
fully paid.
