This Agreenerit dated thi,~~day of , • ..1981
by and between N. R. Wessler, a single adult, here3nafter referred to as mortgagor,
and Scott M. Kemey. hereinafter referred to as mortg,agee.
[JE~tF.AS, by mortgage dated April 11, 1979, recorded at 0. R, Book 307
page 2294 the Public Records of St. Lucie Camty, Florida, securing payment of
the sim-of S9,096.62, mortgagor. ~oined by his then wife, Marsha Wess-er, mortgaged
certain real praperty described therein to trortgagee to secure payment of the
aforesaid obli.gation of $9,096.62; and ~
W1~ERF.AS, said m~rgage ~nd the Pranissory.Note sect~ed thereby are nvw
in Default for faili~e to pay the paycnents when due and martg,agor has secured
a purchaser for the property, but as a candition precedent to accepting rein-
staterent. of this obligation, m~rtgagee has required that the martg,agor agree
to modify the tenr.s ao~d canditians of said m4rtgage as set forth herein.
NOW ~URE, in consideratio~n of the foregoing, $10.00 and other good
and valuable consdierations, receipt of which is hereby aclanvwledged~ the parties
agree as follvws:
l. The afaresaid mortg,age t~ld by unrtgagee. dated April 11, 1979, re-
corded at 0. R. Bodc 307 page 2294 of the Public Records of St. Tuci,e County,
Florida, is hereby m~dified, to pravide that in the event of the sale or
transfer of the property mc~rt~aged thereialder, whether by gift, sale, devise,
or otherwise, the entire tnpaid principal bal,ar~ce awing ~nder said mc~rtgage and
the Pramissory Note seci~ed thereby, shall fortt~rith becane due and payable in
full, withaut notice, including any accrued and unpaid interest due therean.
2. By acceptance of thsi Mortgage Modificatian Agreement. mortgageee
ag~ees to and accepts the trau~sfer of said praperty fran m~rtg,agor to Michael
Naselgr~re ~d Kathlc-en Haselgrave, his wife, and Ray VanMeerten, and Judy Var~erten,
his wife.
