THIS INDENTURE executed the 26th day of January, 1981, between
JACKIE CAYNON, as Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF CARRIE B.
JOHNSON, Deceased, Party of the First Part, and ROBERT CULLINS, Party -y
of the Second Part, whose address is: 704 North 13th Street, Fort ~
Pierce, Florida, 33450.
WITNESSETH: The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order
of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the lOth
day of December, 1980, and pursuant to power of sale contained in
the Will of the above named decedent, and in consideration of the
premise$ and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida,.
