THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Defendants'
Motion to Dismiss Norton Eli Narward as a party Defendant as
well as the Plaintiff's Motion To Use Depositions and
Interrogatories previously-filed; and this Court having
considered the merits of said Motions, having offered counsel
of record the opportunity to argue their respective positions,
and having otherwise been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Norton Eli Harward as
a party aefendant is hereby qranted. Hence, the style of this
cause is hereby altered so as to reflect that Mae Ethel Slater,
as Plaintiff, is suing State of Florida Department of TransportatiQn,
as Defendant.
(2) Def~ndant, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
shall have ten (10) days from the date of entry of this Order
within which to file their Answer in response to Plaintiff's
Second Amended Complaint.
(3) Plaintiff's Motion To Use Depositions and Znterrogatories
previously filed is hereby granted.
