Hence, the style of this cause is hereby altered so as to reflect that Mae Ethel Slater, as Plaintiff, is suing State of Florida Department of TransportatiQn, as Defendant. (2) Def~ndant, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, shall have ten (10) days from the date of entry of this Order within which to file their Answer in response to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint.
