THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on Plaintiff's
Motion to Compel Attendance at Deposition, Defendant's Motion for
Protective Order, and Defendant's Motion to Compel Discovery, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion to
Compel Discovery is moot in that the Court has now ruled on
Defendant's Motion for Protective Order in regard to the proposed
depositions of a representative of MICHELIN TIRE CORPORATION and
of Sidney Bloor previously scheduled on January 20, 1981; and
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for
Protective Order is
1. Granted as to Stockholder lists, voting
trusts and oumership interests sought in items
(a), (b) and (c), in Plaintiff's Notice of
Taking Deposition of a representative of
MICHELIN TIRE CORPORATION, and denied as to the
remaining items sought, except that the time
period for tho~ remaining items is limited to
the period from 1973 to 1980; and said Notice
