within the possession, custody or control
of MICHELIN TIRE CORPORATION; and
2. Denied as to items (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) ,
(h) , ( i) and ( j) of said Notice of Taking
Deposition, provided that MICHELIN TIRE
CORPORATION.has possession, custody or
control of the particular documents referenced
in those items; and further provided that
items (d) and (g) are limited to agreements
pertaining to the manufacture, sale or
distribution of tires between 1972 and 1980;
and
3. Granted as to item (6) of the Notice
to Produce at the depositions of a represen-
tative of MICHELIN TIRE CORPORATION and of
Sidney Bloor, with the provision that Sidney
Bloor will have the records and photographs
present for his review at the time his
deposition is taken and that Plaintiff's
counsel shall not be permitted to examine
or copy the same; and
4. Denied as to items (1), (2), (3), (4),
(5a„ (7) and (8) of said Notices to Produce,
provided that MICAELIN TIRE CORPORATION has
possession, custody or control of the

particular documents referenced therein, and
further provided that items (1), (2) and (3)
are limited to the period between 1972 and
1980 and items (4) and (5) are limited to
agreements for the manufacture, sale or
distribution of tires between 1972 and 1980;
and
