THIS CAUSE~having come to be heard upon the Motions of
the parties and the Court having considered same. it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel is hereby granted and
~ the Defendant, William Tedder, shall answer those certain
Interrogatories propounded to him on or about April 28, 198~,
within 15 days from the date of this Order or face sanctions
from this Court.
2. Defendant's Motion to file a counter-claim, is hereby
granted and the filing of same is hereby accepted. The Plaintiff
shall have 20 days within which to file responsive pleadings
thereto.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
