Carmencing at a concrete monument at the Northeast corner of
61ock 10, Ocean View subdivision as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 61, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, run Southeasterly 194.92 feet along the west right-of-
way line of Granada Street to a point on the Range Line or
reference line set forth on survey of W.J. Schcepfer, R.L.S.
dated May 1, 1980. Then on a deflection angle of,48o-06'-07"
turned to the right, run Southwesterly along said Range Line 65.15
feet to a point on the exterior surface of fence; thence turn and.
