6, page 61, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence
West 132.69 feet along the North right-of-way line of Gulfstream Ave- '
nue to a point on the Range line~set forth on survey of W.J.Schoepfer.
R.L.S:, dated May 10, 1978; turn thence and run North 0° along said
Range line 24.90 feet to a point on the exterior surface of fence;
thence turn and run West along exterior surface of fence and parallel -
to the right-of-way for Gulfstream Avenue 16.66 feet more or less
to the Point of Beginning; from said Point of Beginning, continue
West along exterior surface of building wall and fence 33 feet r.-ore
or 2ess, to a point on the exterior corner of fence; turn thence and
run North along exterior surfaces of fence and building wall 33.33
feet more or less,~`~to a point; turn thence and run East along exterio~
surface of building wall and parallel to the right-of-way for Gulf-
