This note shall be payable in 60 successive equal monthly installments of $760.41
each, including interest at 12 percent per annum, the first of such installments
being due and payable on the 2nd day of March, 1981 and a like payment being made
on the corresponding day of each succeeding month thereafter with a balloon payment
in the amount of the balance of the principal and accrued interest due March 2, 1986.
Each installment first shall be applied in paymznt of the interest and then on the
unpaid balance of the principal sum. Privilege is given to pay this note in whole
or in part at any time without penalty. In the event any monthly installment is not
paid within ten (10) days after its due date, a late charge of SX of the amount of
such installment shall be payable in addition to the installment.
