THIS IS A SECOND PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE, subject and inferior only
to that certain mortgage from Mortgagee to LEOLA F. JONES, in the
original principal amount of $53,500.00 and with a present out,- _
standing principal balance of $17,500.00 dated September 2, 1971
and recorded on Septetaber 2, 1971 in Official Record Book 195 at
Page 867 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Upon request by Mortgagee, Mortgagor shall from time to time,
furnish Mortgagee with copies of cancelled checks or other satis-
factory evidence reflecting that the aforesaid mortgage held by
LEOLA F. JONES is current and in good standing.
